A dynamic speaker and human resources professional, Faith has over 10 years in diverse business settings that include executive, mid-line and front-line coaching; employee relations; consultative diagnostics and training delivery; staff outsourcing and corporate recruiting, and sales and business development. Faith's passion, and her gift, is using her experience and creativity to help clients realize their full professional potential.

Faith earned a B.A. in Clinical Psychology and is currently pursuing her Masters Degree in Clinical Psychology at Vanguard University. She has trained intensively in sales, recruitment and selection, coaching and leadership development, and emotional intelligence. Faith is certified to administer and interpret several Emotional Intelligence assessment and multirater tools, and is a qualified volunteer crisis counselor with the worldwide New Hope Now organization.
