As Penumbra's Senior Consultant and Executive Coach, Faith Csikesz (pronounced Chick-ez) has assisted organizations of all sizes to source and select exceptional employees, she provides consulting on performance issues and people strategies for HR departments and team leaders. Her specialty is performance coaching for leaders and individuals at all levels on areas of relationship/network building, conflict and empathy, onboarding, career growth and the development of Emotional Intelligence.  Positioning each client for maximum success, Faith customizes each engagement to the client's unique needs and goals, gearing specifically for job and culture matching.  Her brand of coaching is collaborative, insightful, results-driven, and educational.  Clients report exceptional results and surprising discoveries about themselves, their personal potential, and their relationships with others.

A dynamic coach and human resources professional, Faith's experience with national organizations and family-owned firms in diverse business settings include executive, mid-line and front-line coaching; employee relations; consultative diagnostics; training delivery; recruitment and engagement strategy, and sales and business development. Faith's passion, and her gift, is using her experience to bring insight into emotion and behavioral patterns, and creative problem solving to help clients realize their full personal and professional potential.

Faith earned a B.A. in Clinical Psychology and is currently pursuing her Masters Degree in Clinical Psychology at Vanguard University. She has been trained intensively in HR, sales, recruitment and selection, coaching and leadership development, life coaching, and Emotional Intelligence. Faith is certified to administer and interpret several Emotional Intelligence assessment and multirater tools, and is a qualified volunteer crisis counselor with the worldwide New Hope Now organization.
